September 2011
We are pleased to report that the new facility project is full speed ahead. Road construction has begun that will provide access to the new site. That will continue for the next several weeks until temporarily completed in preparation for the winter. The road will be paved and finished next year. A few weeks ago we received final authorization and approval from our grant that allowed us to begin the facility construction which is now well underway. The delay in receiving the authorization from the grantor set the schedule back somewhat but we expect to do what we can get done before winter. Right now we remain on schedule to open in October, 2012. We have a very solid project team who are working and communicating well. We expect the community will be provided with a first class, quality facility. We are off to a great start!
